Terms of service
StatementIQ terms
These terms describe the current private-preview and early-release expectations for using StatementIQ to review merchant processing statements and payment cost opportunities.
Last updated May 13, 2026What StatementIQ does
StatementIQ helps merchants review payment processing statements, identify likely savings opportunities, and organize recommended next actions. The service is intended to provide payment-cost intelligence, operational recommendations, and supporting evidence for processor conversations.
Authority to upload statements
By uploading a statement, you confirm that you are authorized to submit that merchant processing statement and request analysis for the merchant account represented by the statement.
Preliminary analysis
Initial results may be based on automated parsing, analyst review, AI-assisted interpretation, or a combination of these methods. Savings estimates are preliminary unless and until they are validated against additional statements, current processor terms, and supporting detail.
No professional advice
StatementIQ provides payment-cost analysis and operational recommendations. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice. You are responsible for deciding how to use the information and whether to consult professional advisors.
Payments and report access
Paid report access, credit packs, subscriptions, and managed negotiation services may be offered through hosted checkout or other approved billing flows. Prices and packaging may change while the product is in private preview and early release.
Managed negotiation
If you ask StatementIQ to negotiate or communicate with a processor on your behalf, additional authorization, representation terms, and billing terms may apply before StatementIQ contacts the processor.
Service availability
The product is evolving. Supported statement formats, processors, workflows, features, and report content may change. StatementIQ may decline or queue files that cannot be safely processed or recognized.
Updates
These terms may be updated as the service moves from private preview toward production. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the updated terms.
