StatementIQ accessibility

StatementIQ is intended to help merchants understand payment processing costs. We want that experience to be practical and usable for as many people as possible.

Our accessibility goal

StatementIQ aims to make its public site and core merchant workflows usable for people with disabilities. Our practical target is alignment with WCAG 2.1 AA, with WCAG 2.2 AA used as a forward-looking benchmark where feasible.

What we are improving

We are continuing to test keyboard navigation, focus visibility, form labels, mobile layouts, color contrast, heading structure, and report readability. Automated checks are useful, but they do not replace human review or feedback from people using assistive technologies.

Known limits

StatementIQ is still evolving. Some generated reports, uploaded statement previews, third-party authentication flows, or payment-provider screens may have accessibility behavior that depends on source documents or external services.

Feedback

If you have difficulty using StatementIQ, contact Quantara Systems with the page, device, browser, assistive technology, and issue you encountered. We will use that feedback to improve the product and provide a reasonable alternative path where possible.
